Polk Audio PSW110 10-Inch Powered Subwoofer (Single, Cherry)

Bought the PSW110 to complement my young TSi400’s and CS10 center. Was unsure whether to snuff one exemplar up for more power–that would have been entirely unnecessary. Calibrated properly, it kicks away adequate clean, closely thump to rattle your windows (if that’s what you want… I don’t, therefore much). I don’t eve have the volume center up, and it’s as much bass as I can have in a 20′x20′ room with carpet over concrete floor, and 12′ ceilings. Don’t stimulate me wrong–the TSi400’s have good low closing on their own, and I probably could have done without a sub–but I’m glad I shelled away $250 for this one. It sits nicely behind the TV brook and fills the room with a closely foundation. Coupled with the towers and the sum for home theater, it covers the bases nicely. I might even shop for some satellites for surround, only honestly, this speaker setup is intended more for music than home theater. Also, the cherry ending is gorgeous–not that anyone sees it back there!
