I lately purchased another brand 19SLV411U on recommendation, and had difficulty with the fellowship and FedEx. Finally, unable to resolve it , Amazon just refunded my money and ceased it for me(Another reason I’ll constantly exist a returning customer!). I re-ordered another brand, one I’ve ever been statisfied with, having purchased laptops and DVR’s from them through Amazon. I bought tht e Toshiba 19″ flatscreen tv with built-in DVD player, and was totally quenched upon arrival. It got timely, well-packaged, and with completely components complete. It begun properly up away of the box, was easy to put up, and received quality throughout; the flick and sound were geat, and everything on it worked—first time! Best of all, no delays, no “rock and a difficult place” between FedEx and TV company, and the process was smooth from society to setup. Equally far as Toshiba equally a company, I get forever been satisfied, both with laptops and DVR’s, and now, flatscreens! Mode to go, Toshiba and Amazon!
